Positive: We had a wonderful stay in this lovely shepherd’s hut and would highly recommend it. The host was incredibly friendly, welcoming and very obliging, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The hut is set in its own beautifully mowed paddock, giving complete privacy and the whole place to ourselves, which was perfect for a peaceful getaway. The accommodation was exceptionally well equipped, with everything you need and more. The bedding was lovely and comfortable, and thoughtful extras such as fresh eggs and milk on arrival were very much appreciated. The shower was excellent, with plenty of hot water, and the hut itself was spotless and cosy. Being dog friendly was a huge bonus for us, and the additional tent was a really useful extra that added even more space and flexibility. The location is ideal being just a 20-minute drive from the picturesque Cotswolds, a perfect base for exploring the surrounding countryside and villages.

Positive: We absolutely loved our stay at the shepherd's hut with our two dogs. We loved it so much we decided to cancel our plans to go out for dinner and opted for a cosy takeaway instead! The setting was so peaceful and relaxing. We thoroughly enjoyed the sounds of nature around us, including the gentle clucking of chickens, the sheep in the fields, and the occasional horse clip-clopping along the road. Everything in the hut was so carefully thought out and beautifully decorated, making our stay even more enjoyable. We truly appreciated all the little details that made it feel like a home away from home. The whole experience was magical and we can't wait to stay again.
